Instructions

1.    Candidates are required to visit https://www.ditmeghalaya.gov.in for any other details.

2.    Before filling up the form, all documents required to be uploaded should be properly scanned

3.    Required documents include

  • Scanned copy of the Marksheet
  • Photograph

4. The passport-size photo should be between 20KB-300KB.

After submission, you are required to download the Acknowledgement Slip and take a coloured printout to be handed over at the time of Collection of the award along with an ID Proof. You will be intimated by SMS/Email once the event dates are finalized.
