APPLICATION FORM FOR MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE FROM GUWAHATI REGION TO SHILLONG/TURA

Instructions

On applying this form, the Government would arrange Tourist Taxis/Sumo/Maxi Cab/Bus on payment basis, to pick up passengers from Guwahati Region
The application form should be submitted atleast 48 hours prior to the date of travel; otherwise your application will be rejected.
Two passengers and a child below 12 years are allowed in each tourist taxi.
Only Four passengers are allowed in Sumo/Maxi Cab.
Identity Proof(Voter Card, Passport, Copy of Aadhaar Card, Driving License,Birth Certificate[in case of minor]) of all the passengers should mandatorily be uploaded.
Copy of the Train Ticket or Flight Ticket is mandatorily to be uploaded for all passengers if coming from Airport/Railway
Transport arrangement will be till Shillong & Tura Only
Payment has to be made to the Driver in case of LMV Commercial Vehicle and to the MTC Counter for Buses available both at the Airport & Railway Station
If your journey is cancelled or Arrival Date/Time is re-scheduled/delayed then the respective Liaison Officer and the Driver has to be Mandatorily Informed well in advance
Requested Vehicle arrangement will be based on availability and other circumstances
Applications received will be processed from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM
It is mandatory for all passengers to obtain a 6 digit Registration ID [ which is issued by the destination district DC on scrutiny of uploaded documents] prior to applying for transport arrangement. This Registration ID can be applied from "http://meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid/travel.htm"
