APPLICATION FORM FOR MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE TO GUWAHATI/UMROI AIRPORT AND GUWAHATI RAILWAY STATION

Instructions

On applying this form, the Government would arrange Tourist Taxis/Sumos from DTO Office Shillong/Tura only, on payment basis, to drop passengers desiring to leave the State either by Railways or Airways.
The application form should be submitted atleast 24 hours prior to the date/time of your departure from DTO Office, Shillong/Tura otherwise your application will be rejected
Two passengers and a child below 12 years are allowed in each tourist taxi.
Only Fours passengers are allowed in Sumo.
Identity Proof(Voter Card, Passport, Copy of Aadhaar Card, Driving License,Birth Certificate[in case of minor]) of all the passengers should mandatorily be uploaded.
Copy of the Train Ticket or Flight Ticket is mandatorily to be uploaded for all passengers.
